Our first sparkling wine is made exclusively from grapes of the Alvarinho variety, having aged for 6 months on fine lees and the second fermentation in bottle by the classic method for 12 months.

TASTING NOTES
Displays a citrus yellow color, with a fine and persistent bubble. The aroma is rich and intense with notes of citrus fruit and toasted, revealing elegance and complexity. In the mouth, it appears smooth and fresh with citrus fruit and delicate toasted notes, a fine bubble that intensifies these sensations. Balance of fresh flavors and soft mousse. Good acidity.
CONSUMPTION SUGGESTIONS
The elegance and acidity of this sparkling wine make it the ideal choice for an aperitif or to pair with the most diverse gastronomy such as seafood, grilled fish or meat and oven dishes. It should be served at a temperature between 6ºC and 8ºC.
