TASTING NOTES
Displays citrus color. The aroma is elegant and complex with notes of citrus, lychees and orange blossom. Rich, full-bodied, persistent with freshness and minerality typical of the variety.

The freshness and minerality make this wine the ideal pairing for starters, salads, sea fruits, shellfish, fish, Asian cuisine, white meat and cheeses. It should be served at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
