Produced in the Sub-Region Mon\u00e7\u00e3o and Melga\u00e7o \u2014 Vinho Verde D.O.C., this is a monovarietal Alvarinho wine aged in amphora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">It displays yellow green color. Floral on the nose with a mineral frame. In the mouth shows pronounced acidity, balanced by the earthy background, showing elegantly and persistantly the ageing in amphora which brought it to life.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"content-box\"><a class=\"btn btn-color-primary btn-style-bordered btn-size-large qsrocim\" style=\"margin-top: 20px;\" href=\"https:\/\/quintadesantiago.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/FT_Santiago-na-\u00c2nfora-do-Rocim_2019_Bilingue.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">TECHNICAL SHEET<\/a><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>1st EDITION \u2013 2018<\/strong><br \/>\nSantiago na \u00c2nfora do Rocim is a monovarietal Alvarinho wine aged in amphora and produced by Quinta de Santiago in the Sub-Region Mon\u00e7\u00e3o and Melga\u00e7o \u2014 Vinho Verde D.O.C., in partnership with the producer Rocim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201c<em>A wine born from the sharing of knowledge. From Pedro (Rocim), the whole amphora experience, from Joana (Quinta de Santiago), the Alvarinho grape variety and its territory. From both, the learning of a new path to one of the most noble Portuguese grape varieties.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">For the concept, we were inspired by the amphora manufacture.
