The Santiago wine family is already in the fourth generation and their project Quinta de Santiago – Boutique Winery reveals an intense connection and a strong attachment to the land. When we started our project with our own brand, we knew the path we wanted to follow: above all, to preserve the work “of the folk of the land” that had already been done on the estate for years, combining ancestral techniques left by grandma Mariazinha, with modernity of the youngest who, with a restless spirit, embraced this project with passion.

Creating wines that faithfully express the identity of the Portuguese native grape variety – Alvarinho – and our terroir – Monção and Melgaço – is what moves us. Sharing new paths and interpretations of the variety in our territory is what feeds our soul.

Wines made only with own grapes, produced on our land, with vinifications that respect the grape using minimal intervention in the cellar to achieve the maximum expression of nature. No make-up.

Working the land and the vineyards through sustainable practices, using the most balanced and natural resources. Premium wines, of limited production, truly authentic and with its own identity, ours.
