Went through free and slow fermentation in used French oak barrel for a period of 2 months. Aged on total lees with initial batonage for 13 months followed by aging in bottle for 6 months. It’s a sweet wine, with a crunchy acidity, full of character, with flaws, full of passion and vibrant expression. Fine, fresh, elegant and persistent.
