TASTING NOTES
It’s bright with a salmon color. The aroma is delicate, with notes of wild fruit, lemon zest and a slight floral hint. Balanced, dry and persistent body. Fresh and long with mineral notes, white fruit and final salinity.

The balance and freshness of this wine make it the ideal pairing for starters, salads, fish, seafood, white meat and Asian cuisine. It should be served at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
