The wine Cisma ou Obstinados is the result of a partnership between Pedo Coelho from Pormenor wines and Quinta de Santiago. The wine presents a very personal interpretation of the grape variety Loureiro and vinification. A beautifull single variety Loureiro from Monção.

TASTING NOTES
Clear, straw-yellow color. Contained, fresh aroma with notes of dried tea leaves. Slight balsamic touch, white flowers and strong citrus. Medium volume, marked by acidity. Lemonade, slight reduction and oxidation.
CONSUMPTION SUGGESTIONS
It goes well with scabeches, seafood, fatty fish, white meats, and pastas.
